High resolution photography is the cornerstone of every Realty In Motion listing.  To ensure the highest quality, photographs for every listing featured on Realty in Motion are shot by 4D, Inc.  Photographer Jacob Rosenfeld holds a degree in Architecture.  He has a sharp eye for both design and presentation, as well as a keen focus on the details so that every image shows each property at its best.

Currently, there are two Realty In Motion packages available:
Silver and Gold.*

The Realty In Motion Silver Package

• We take fifteen photographs inside/outside the house and we'll work with you to ensure the best locations and settings.
• Once post-processing is complete, you will receive fifteen proofs for review. You may select nine pictures for use on the MLS system, and up to fifteen for use with one additional site, as well as your print materials (brochures, advertising, etc.). Once selected, we will resize the images for the MLS and the other site of your preference. Additionally, we will provide you with the same nine high-resolution images for print purposes.
• A personalized Realty in Motion listing will be created and hosted on your behalf for as long as you retain the listing. It will feature up to fifteen 4D images (unless you chose to purchase additional photographs), displayed in an Adobe Flash slide show. The listing will also contain the following:
  • Your company's branding
  • Your picture
  • Your contact information
  • An integrated custom Google map identifying the property's location in relation to a few surrounding civic and shopping points of interest.
  • A concise list of the key property details
  • Reciprocal links: create links to and from your site directly to your Realty In Motion listing

The Silver package costs only $299. In addition, we have a complete menu of available options, including: the opportunity to have extra photos taken during the shoot ($35/photo), your own stand-alone domain name for the listing, or high-resolution digital prints. Sound good? Get started now!

The Realty In Motion Gold Package

• We take twenty-five photographs inside/outside the house and we'll work with you to ensure the best locations and settings.
• Once post-processing is complete, you will receive all twenty-five proofs for review. You may select nine pictures for use on the MLS system. Furthermore, up to twenty-five images may be utilized on one additional site, as well as your print materials (brochures, advertising, etc.). Once selected, we will resize the images for the MLS and the other site of your preference. Additionally, we will provide you with up to twenty-five high-resolution images for print purposes.
• A personalized Realty in Motion listing will be created and hosted for you for as long as you retain the listing. It will feature as many 4D images as you wish, displayed in an Adobe Flash slide show. The listing will also contain the following:
  • Your company's branding
  • Your picture
  • Your contact information
